About Our Dana Point Condo
This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has been beautifully updated and renovated. If you like new things then this is the spot for you. New furniture, new appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, new countertops, new ceiling fans, new furniture and more.
The sofa is a West Elm pull-out sleeper sofa that allows for extra sleeping accommodations. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer.
We have beach chairs and beach umbrella if you want to take the five-minute walk along the San Juan River Trail to Doheny Beach to play in the ocean or quietly sit and watch all surfers.
The outdoor balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. There is also a pool and hot tub in the complex.

What is the minimum stay?
Due to the HOA requirements of Harbor Creek, this is a thirty-day stay.
Why do I have to fill out an application to stay?
Due to the thirty-day rental policy, this falls into long-term tenancy requirements and we use an application as part of the verification approval process. If you have stayed with us before you don't need to fill out the application every time you want to stay.
What happens after I fill out an application?
After you fill out an application your information will be reviewed which can include a possible background check. After you have been approved your dates will be approved through VRBO and you will receive a lease contract. After the lease is signed and received back your dates are then reserved and you will receive a confirmation.
What is the Harbor Creek Community like?
Harbor Creek is a quiet community of local people living full-time here. People are wanting to rent here should be good neighbors to the people who live here full-time.
