What is the minimum stay?
Due to the HOA requirements of Harbor Creek, this is a thirty-day stay.
Why do I have to fill out an application to stay?
Due to the thirty-day rental policy, this falls into long-term tenancy requirements and we use an application as part of the verification approval process. If you have stayed with us before you don't need to fill out the application every time you want to stay.
What happens after I fill out an application?
After you fill out an application your information will be reviewed which can include a possible background check. After you have been approved your dates will be approved through VRBO and you will receive a lease contract. After the lease is signed and received back your dates are then reserved and you will receive a confirmation. We understand our approval process to stay here may be longer than others but we want to ensure we are finding the right people to take care of the unit while they are staying there and be good neighbors.
What is the Harbor Creek Community like?
Harbor Creek is a quiet community of local people living full-time here. People are wanting to rent here should be good neighbors to the people who live here full-time. We are not wanting residents.
